We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The delivery date is the date shown by the carrier when the package is delivered.
Return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and kept in its original packaging. If an item arrived damaged or has a quality issue, contact us before sending it back. We will review the issue and provide return instructions.
How to start a return
Email info@curologylife.my with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item to the return address without contacting us first, because we need to match the package to your order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent back to the original payment method. It can then take 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
